Judicial Branch

The purpose of the Judicial Council is to exist as a fair and impartial body for the interpretation of the Governing Documents of Registered Student Organizations, as well as the Western Student Association, and act as a fair and impartial body in any and all other proceedings. Judicial Council

The council is chaired by the Chief Justice, who oversees all judicial council hearings. Members of the council are tasked with interpretation of the Student Governments governing documents. The council also hears and settles all grievances and complaints in an unbiased manner. Members gain important experience in the areas of due process and proper judicial procedure.
