Associate Justice Interest Form Now Closed

The Western Student Application is seeking individuals to serve as an Associate Justice on the Judicial Council. The Judicial Council (JC) of the Western Student Association provides final dispute resolution through either adjudication or mediation for conflicts arising between RSOs, between RSOs and students, within RSOs, and over WSA elections.

The jurisdiction of the JC covers all WSA affairs, internal and externally. The internal affairs of other RSOs can be reviewed as the last recourse upon request. Services offered include, but are documented interpretations, conflict resolutions, and funding allocation appeals.  Justices of the Judicial Council are appointed by the WSA President and approved by the Senate.

This position through WSA includes tabling/posters/social media, recruit students and RSO's, and creates promotional materials such as clothing, engages followers on social media platforms encouraging effective communication. heads a committee of members that creates resolutions and new ways of promoting WSA and other RSO's.
