Allocation's page scheduled maintenance from 1/22/22 - 1-23/22

Hello Broncos!

The Western Student Association Allocations Commission (WSAAC) is currently revamping our website from Thursday, January 21, 12:00 PM to Sunday, January 23, 11:59 PM (EST). This revamp is mainly to upload all our updated documents and relevant information on the new allocation process.

However, as the next deliberation is on January 28, we are providing all the important and relevant documents here:

STEP 1: Orientation & Planning

Orientation Workshop - January 21 (12 PM EST)

• Please sign up here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACJanWorkshop) to register for the workshop. It’s virtual! This workshop will help RSOs to better understand the allocations process.

Orientation Quiz - by January 26 (before submitting your proposal(s))

• Please take the quiz here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAAC-Quiz) to complete the orientation process. It’s only 10 questions to make sure you understand where to locate information.

STEP 2: Application & Submission

We have recently passed our new WSAAC Bylaws, thus, please go through it carefully here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACBylaws-Spring22) when filling up the forms.

Please fill up the relevant and necessary budget proposal(s) here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACBudgetProposal). Please go through the instructions carefully, specifically filling up the codes. If your budget proposal is above $5,000, you must fill up this detailed proposal here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACDetailedProposal).

Budget Due - January 26 (12 PM EST)

• Please submit your budget here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACFundingAppForm).

STEP 3: Deliberation

Deliberation - January 28 (12 PM EST)

• Please sign up here (https://tinyurl.com/WSAACJanDeliberation) to register for the deliberation. This registration is mainly to take attendance.
